Used to work with great bosses who supported and encouraged growth. Would take a bullet for them because I knew they would do the same for me. For a while, things were running great and I was more than happy to be part of the team. But here's a thing about great people, they don't stick around for long. They do their job, oftentimes quietly and let the results speak for themselves, and go on to the next challenge.
My current boss sucks and the complete opposite of the above. And not just him cause this looks very much like it runs wide and deep.
Very serious problem occurred recently and the handling has been extremely poor. I'm beginning to think there would be a massive cover-up soon. Good people will be victimised.
I DO NOT want to be here for when the proverbial shit hits the fan. Will never forgive myself for being part of a rotten system. Disturbs me to the very core. Can't have it on my conscience. I promise if the worst happens, will help those affected get on their feet. Least I could do for now.
