October round-up

1. Two re-exams. One passed and one pending results.

2. The iTouch failed just days before the warranty was due. Problem was it couldn't sync and charge when connected to the PC. At first I was gonna just let it be since it did sometimes work like usual. But then I decided that was foolish. So brought it down to Machines Service Centre in Mid Valley and boy the iPod almost had its last laugh on me when it worked just fine when tested by the serviceman. Luckily a few attempts later the problem showed up. And that's how I got a replacement unit from Apple.

3. Machines Svc Centre is very neat and nice, like the service. But they have to keep an eye on the coffee machine, the ingredients ran out both times I went there.

4. It's my birthday!

5. Apple iPad mini and iPad with Retina display. iPad mini appeals more to me since it's more portable and the cellular version 16 GB is cheaper than the wifi only 16GB iPad with Retina display - very dull name, by the way.

6. I hope this year's Eid Adha will be more meatish than the yesteryear's.
